What are your delivery charges?

Orders placed to mainland CYPRUS addresses will be charged 4.00EURO

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.  You will receive an email from us once your order has been 'Shipped'. If your order is being dispatched via AKIS EXPRESS, we have no control over royal mail delay. 

If you have not received your order and it has been 20 working days since purchase, please Email: esccenta@gmail.com  with your order details and we will answer to you as soon as we can.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For CY customers, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days of placing your order. International shipment times can vary but should arrive within 3-20 working days. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please get in touch.
